At HIABSA Education Private Limited, we aim to deliver the best and most reliable coaching experience to all our learners. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any course, workshop, or program.

1. Non-Refundable

  • All fees paid towards courses, coaching sessions, or workshops are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable once the course has started, except in certain special or technical cases as mentioned below.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be processed only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment.

  • Technical error during the transaction that results in an incorrect charge.

In such cases, learners must provide valid proof of payment and transaction details for verification.

3. Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If a learner discontinues or drops out of the course midway.

  • If sessions are missed due to personal reasons (recordings or support may be provided, wherever applicable).

  • If the learner is unable to attend live classes, but alternative access (recordings, replays, or rescheduled sessions) has already been shared.

  • If the learner fails to meet participation or conduct standards as defined by the institute.

4. Refund Request & Processing

  • Refund requests (for eligible cases only) must be raised within 7 days of the payment date by emailing us at info@mohdabdullah.com with relevant transaction details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.

  • All refund approvals are subject to internal verification and the decision of HIABSA Education Private Limited shall be final and binding.

5. Cancellations

  • The institute reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any class or batch due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability or technical issues).

  • In such cases, learners will be notified in advance, and alternate sessions or batch transfers will be offered.

  • No refunds will be issued for canceled sessions if alternate options are provided.
