I aim to deliver the best coaching experience. Please note the following regarding payments and refunds:

1. Non-Refundable

Fees paid for coaching sessions, workshops, or courses are non-refundable, except in special cases.

2. Eligible Refunds

Duplicate or accidental payment.

Technical error during the transaction.

3. Ineligible Refunds

If you discontinue the course or coaching midway.

If you miss sessions due to personal reasons (recordings/support may be provided where applicable).

If you are unable to attend live classes but alternatives were already shared.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests (for eligible cases only) must be raised within 7 days of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.
