All training materials, class recordings, presentations, and resources are protected under copyright law and must not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written consent.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the course fee.
Course fees and offers may vary depending on the batch, course duration, and promotional period.
HIABSA Education Private Limited reserves the right to revise course fees or terms without prior notice.
Learners must attend classes regularly and punctually.
Respectful communication and behavior toward trainers, staff, and fellow learners are mandatory.
Sharing of class links, login credentials, recordings, or materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the program.
Learners are expected to maintain decorum and follow the code of conduct throughout the program.
The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, batch timings, trainers, or content when necessary to ensure quality delivery.
Access may be suspended or terminated if a learner misuses the platform, violates ethical conduct, or fails to comply with these terms.
The institute may update these Terms & Conditions periodically; continued use of our services implies acceptance of such updates.
All payments made for any course, workshop, or program are non-transferable.
Refunds will not be provided once a course has been purchased or the batch has started.
In exceptional cases (such as duplicate transactions or technical errors), refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
If a class is canceled or rescheduled by the institute, learners will be informed in advance, and alternate arrangements or credits may be provided.
The decision of HIABSA Education Private Limited regarding refunds or rescheduling will be final and binding.
HIABSA Education Private Limited and its representatives shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to technical issues, third-party platforms, or learner negligence.
Participation in programs is at the learner’s own discretion and responsibility.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
